The leadership at this organization is amazing. The execs really care about the employees and it shows up in our benefits, work life balance, flexibility, town hall meetings, and opportunities for growth. Unity is a very unique company with amazing people who share the same values.. Unity sets itself apart from other technology companies by not just following what every other tech company is doing. The decisions are thoughtful weighing the pros and cons and involving the employees in the process. I am very grateful to be apart of an organization that celebrates and takes diversity and respect very seriously. Two values that are very important to me.
