Strong technology, gaming cool factor, good people, limitless market opportunity

Cons

Simultaneously getting bigger (teenager to adult company) and expanding into very different markets (from gaming to enterprise). Corporate culture is in a bit of turmoil and some management gaffes aren't helping.
