Pros

Amazing company and culture, genuinely care about their employees and the culture of the company. Brighton is a super friendly office, everyone is so lovely to work with. The biggest pro for me is the personal support we receive, especially during COVID, the support and the desire to make WFH as easy as possible has been amazing and second to none. I still stand by my previous review that if diversity is important to you, the company takes it seriously, from the CEO down... again, something I have not seen anywhere else to this degree.

Cons

None, I love working here

Pros

How can a corporate environment feel so welcoming and like home? Everyone is friendly and curious and we can do our own projects on our free time - including commercial ones. Compensation is competitive and the company mission feels close to heart. WFH until next July.

Cons

Growth pains - things move so fast that it's sometimes hard to keep track. One month vacation might mean there was an organisation change. Some teams need to work between time zones so that imposes some WLB challenges, but the managers are understanding.
