I worked in business finance to support Operate Solutions. Great team and business partners. Super helpful people. The company has a lot of growth potential and cool things to experience in tech finance. Benefits are good.

Cons

Not the greatest compensation ever, maybe just at market for Seattle/Bellevue. A lot of growing pains within the company to account for.

I know many cases internally of people not being compensated accordingly as well as many leaving for this reason
