There isn’t any good reason to work there.

Cons

Racism, discrimination based on race and gender. all personal issues in world place, get hire and continue working in this company is based on who you know in the company and which race you belong to. Many more unprofessional behavior.

I recently joined Unity and want to share what a positive experience I have had both in the interview process as well as with onboarding. The recruiters were transparent, respectful, and highly communicative from the moment I was introduced to them. Special thanks to Morgan who was just terrific throughout the hiring process. Onboarding has been efficient, energetic and leading-edge as far as digital tools. I appreciate this more than ever given the current remote environment.
