      Pros

      Unity takes its values pretty serious -- it's a place where humanity, decency, and collaboration are taken very seriously. Work-life balance is very good.

      Cons

      Big ambitions -- sometimes, a bit too big for team sizes and resources. Also the collegial spirit can be great but if you are used to being able to "just do it" you will need to slow down to accomodate a more consultative pace.
