Pros

I was getting through the remote interview and hiring process. Everything went smooth and the team has really adapted very well to onboard employees remotely. Everyone was treating me with respect and interviews was more a comfortable experience than a hard test!

Cons

Sometimes there were misfortunes with scheduling my calls but it could be forgiven due to the company scale and the fact that they were solved quickly.

You are a small part of a big machine Even if you are in the gaming industry, since unity is a tool, you dont essentially make games and it might be unrewarding for some people
