Start with 4 weeks of vacation + 5 flex days + a lot of sick days wich can be use for mental health, and etc. Top of the line equipements. Free lunchs at unity office Really great medical insurance.

Cons

Big tech and gaming are down bad. Base salary is very average for your experience if you don't count your stock options (which at the moment keeps going down). They are bringing back hybrid remote work (mandatory days at the office).
