It is very fast paced and growing. You must be comfortable with cutting edge work and ambiguity, or you will be very uncomfortable.

Unity is suprisingly honest and a great place to work. I don't always agree with the directions the company heads, but it feels like I have a real chance to weigh in on the conversations.

Cons

Unity is a bit disorganized at times.
