      Pros

      Very organized, you feel supported. The process was great, I felt informed. My recruiter (shout out to Tristan) was awesome, his energy was amazing. Everyone I interviewed with felt genuine and you could tell they enjoyed working for Unity.

      None, still on boarding at this time.

      Genuinely look after their employees

      Pros

      Too many benefits to list, but they provide way beyond medical/dental/vision. They also treat everyone like an adult, all voices are heard and respected. For a company so large they try hard to give it a close family culture.

      Cons

      The sheer amount of information, internal news and projects feeds can be overwhelming.
