      Great culture, tons of opportunity, always improving.

      Cons

      Fast growing company but comes with the growing pains. Company is still in the midst of the transformation from a medium size company to a large company.

      Pros

      Unity cares about its people, diversity, and its cultural values. This is the most culturally rich company I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      It is very fast paced and growing. You must be comfortable with cutting edge work and ambiguity, or you will be very uncomfortable.
