      Pros

      Surfaces problem areas and actually address them. There's a good amount of genuine people in the company. Leadership is very transparent about their plans for the future.

      Cons

      Growing pains. The company has grown exponentially and some organizations have not adapted to the amount of work needed to scale their function.

      Great place for exposure into many different parts of the industry

      Can get alot exposure on different products and service, allowing you to think outside the traditional role.

      Cons

      Pay is low. You can learn and grow but the compensation growth is too small to keep up with talent growth.
