      A great opportunity to work on a set of unique smaller project and a smaller highly autonomous and skilled team within a larger structure contributing to and supporting one of the leading toolkits. A lot of support for development and reward for achievement.

      Cons

      Coordination, collaboration and cross-team support not as available and present as expected. Amazing and needed smaller initiatives/features developed by various teams, often languishing and not making their way to production for ages.
