The situation is getting worse year by year

Pros

If you are fortunate enough to get a good manager, probably you can spend a good time.

Cons

On my last project, I was forced to work 12+ hours a day for over 3 months without holidays. after that, I was collapsed. then, my manager pressed me to quit the company. It was the worst time in my entire life.

good people to work with, great 401k deal, everybody want to do more better

Cons

low compensation, some last century mentality from some people . On my team no clear direction or goals in practice only on paper and very inexperienced managers no hard feelings really, I am just happy I left
