      Great Place to work, learn and push your boundaries

      Cons

      They can fire you at any time as the C-suite is a bunch of jokers sitting with the trigger in hand. They make wrong decisions and fire the ICs when the times get rough. Politics all around.

      Pros

      Competitive salary comparing against local companies, not so much if you compare against similarly sized international companies. Exciting projects if you're in the right team. Unity is still building cool products from scratch and most people seem to be working on building new products compared to maintaining/supporting old ones. Great WLB if you want. I've seen tons of people who do very little work and are still in the company after years.

      Cons

      The direction the company is going to go in the next six months is always unknown. Leadership talks about pivoting like we were a small start up. Constant re-orgs. Three big layoff rounds in the past year. Career progression is only up to your manager liking you + senior directors need to approve every candidate going for a promotion.
