      Great company, maybe too great

      Pros

      Competitive salary, wide array of benefits and programs, amazing growth creates lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      Sometimes the empathy is forced or heavy-handed and comes off disingenuous. Too much time is wasted with programs and activities that interfere with work. A full day every week is allocated to random "feel good" workshops. I just want to focus on work and continually members of our team are attending some work life balance event. I get the idea, it's really nice. But it's too much.

      Solid company values. Upper management actively seeks and responds to feedback. Best idea wins.

      Cons

      Silos. Work practices, processes and standards vary wildly depending on the part of the organization you work with.
