      Pros

      interesting problems, fun culture, free food

      Cons

      lack of accountability and leadership. engineers with long tenure get a free pass for doing nothing. hiring bar is set so low just to meet head counts. HR and recruiters are known to post fake reviews on here,

      Thanks for the review- sounds like you like some of our perks, the food, and our culture. Regarding reviews, our HR team is focused on things like culture, training, and benefits, and doesn't have the time to write reviews- plus there are technology filters and algorithms the site has set up to detect fraud.       Pros

      I have been at unity for 19 months now and it was the absolute best decision I could have made. The people are amazing and the benefits continue to blow me away. The structure is quite flat so you get to work on a lot of interesting and impactful things. Its just a great collaborative environment.

      Cons

      The most challenging part of working at Unity would be the global nature of the business. It can often be a challenge working across the US, EMEA and APAC.
