      Great Work Environment

      Pros

      Unity lives their values! Very friendly, collaborative, and healthy environment. Flexible work arrangements, free lunch, drinks, snacks. Unity has wonderful benefits in general, but excellent for mental health support. They care about employees and proactively address issues impacting the workforce globally.

      Cons

      As you’d expect with a small to mid-size company, there’s a lot of work to do to build foundations to scale efficiently.

      great people, but not at management level

      Cons

      unless you are in the US, carrier oportunities are 0. Company pretend good life work ballance , but you have the CEO sending emails on Sunday. All to succeed is to be in the US and take credit for the things. Management is totally disconected with the company and they have 0 understanding of what the company / the people stand for.

      Nice place to work with questionable compensation

      Pros

      People like what they do here, they want to solve hard problems and put users first. Management encourages good values such as collaboration and feedback. Benefits, especially the health related, are very nice.

      Cons

      Biggest disappointment is that getting a significant rise is very hard. In many cases new hires get higher salary than the ones that perform well and have been working for years. Moreover, there are situations where people’s compensation is under the range level range.
