Pros

The people at the individual contributor level are lovely Vacation is solid, compensation is decent

Cons

terrible benefits and getting worse by the day. They recently just took away a well-loved wellness budget that helped team members access fitness services. executives seem clueless and are bad at their jobs. they are steering the company into the ground and getting paid a lot of money to do it. layoffs and reorgs are a constant dark cloud hanging over the org. it's difficult to get your footing and morale is the worst I've ever seen. engineer privilege is rampant. They seem to get to do whatever they want while other team members scramble to handle their workloads. poor systems and processes make it difficult to prioritize and collaborate horrible measurement and analytics make it really difficult to know what's working and what's not
