      Pros

      Good work-life balance, working on exciting tech, surrounded by passionate, smart and friendly industry veterans, and generally positive and motivated colleagues despite the challenges encountered. Very good office amenities.

      Cons

      Several rounds of layoffs, unclear policies and clumsy public communications have hurt morale and motivation of employees. Some disconnects between top management and ground-level staff, even if it seems like new management is eager to listen and to correct its previous mistakes.
