      Terrible leadership, easy sailing

      Pros

      Decent salary, decent employee perk programs at the time (most have since been cut, afaik), opportunities to travel to different offices. Not bad for a stepping stone at a known company. Company seems to have relatively low expectations for employees... easy place to coast, if that's what you're looking for.

      Cons

      Poor leadership with no accountability or shared vision. Lack of roadmap was frustrating. Many unproductive middle-management meetings. Employee retention is poor so it's hard to build momentum. There are some incredibly smart people in the company but they are not given adequate authority, imo.

      Pros

      Unity has a suite of really interesting products. The IC's and middle management are some of the most talented and kind people you will ever meet. Great benefit package.

      Cons

      Leadership is unstable and unfocused. Products were being purchased and shut down all the time. Every quarter you have to worry if you are going to be the next one cut.
