      Pros

      Decent salary, decent employee perk programs at the time (most have since been cut, afaik), opportunities to travel to different offices. Not bad for a stepping stone at a known company. Company seems to have relatively low expectations for employees... easy place to coast, if that's what you're looking for.

      Cons

      Poor leadership with no accountability or shared vision. Lack of roadmap was frustrating. Many unproductive middle-management meetings. Employee retention is poor so it's hard to build momentum. There are some incredibly smart people in the company but they are not given adequate authority, imo.

      Inclusive to all employees regardless to gender , race , sexuality ... what have you. Good people

      Not a good pay Too strict A lot of emphasis on the workplace hierarchy

      Pros

      Pay and benefits were good. Nice co-workers, some who were a joy to work with. If you find yourself able to stay and management is good, it can be a really pleasant place to work.

      Cons

      During my time Unity was a big company with trouble defining its vision for the future, struggling to keep pace with its main competitior. The many waves of layoffs were not a great thing to experience, though hopefully they won't be a problem in the future. I had an abusive manager for a period who that made my (and many other co-workers') experience miserable, and it took a very long time for them to be held accountable.
