Exec leadership made a series of very poor decisions that hit the company hard with lay-offs consistently. It’s telling that basically the entire exec level has changed in the last year HR leadership are only out to protect themselves and consistently made highly questionable decisions Pay is below average despite what they say Benefits went from good to mediocre as the company made cuts Progression opportunities very limited
