      Modern and Passionate Company

      Pros

      Very skilled and passionate people that truly care about the quality of the software and the user success. Great working environment in a very nice office near Montréal's old port. Free food! (lunches, snacks, fruits, beverages, you name it) Great emphasis on people communication. The company wants the people to meet in person and work together by having a crazy travelling budget and events such as hackweeks. Ability to work on different project with different team from different office around the world! Even if the company is getting bigger each day, there's still this family atmosphere when you kinda know everyone in the office and fill "at home, with friends". Very flexible work hours. Great work/family balance. Continuously improving and pushing the boundaries to be the best game engine on the market.

      Cons

      With the company getting bigger and having more noobies than expert, the management seems to reach the point where some changes needs to happen in how things are organized, like the release process and the features design/review.

      Pros

      Lean and flexible way of working. Really great and relaxed atmosphere at the office. Very talented and motivated employees. Healthy but fast growth of the company.

      Cons

      Sometimes hard to find out how makes the final calls.

      Pros

      By far one of the best companies I've worked for! We not only have a great product that is cross industry but the culture here is really something else. Work life balance is very important to me and Unity is very flexible when it comes to this. Having 2 kids and juggling work life can be difficult but this company really does value this. Unity has offices all across the world and when you visit you can see that they've maintained their own unique identity.

      Out-growing office space far to quickly.
