      Pros

      This is a company making a real difference to the lives of people everywhere. The culture is great and the people passionate and believing in the cause. While the company has evolved it remains that the people who are there generally assumes best intent and shun corporate behaviour and bureacracy. It is obvious when starting in a new company how wonderful the people were you worked with. Even though the times were difficult.

      Cons

      In the past there was too much focus on SF but this is shifting.
