Great game engine platform created by passionate and outstanding engineering talent.

Cons

No business model and no clear path to profit results in a very stressful environment. Key contributors are not looked after but key executives are certainly rewarded - often for terrible leadership decisions.

Unity TLV is a great hi-tech company to work for in Israel

The office is great The salary is usually updated once a year Good people are working here as well

Cons

Since ironSource was acquired, there are many changes going on which may be unexpected, such as reorg. There are no outdoor activities like parties for the past year and a half.
