Good work-life balance, Some teams have good culture and management

Cons

Not a lot of room for career growth, not sure if the company still has a well-defined product. The company has went through too many rounds of leadership changes and acquisitions.

Work-life balance was respected when possible. Lovely parties, I guess? Food and drinks on special occasions.

Cons

The salary. Redicoules salary. Especially for women. I compared my notes with those of my coworkers before I left. The women were underpaid a lot more often than the men. It is a large company, and I do not know if it is true for all departments. I am only familiar with my branch.
