      Previous C-level lineup was a joke, years of awful decisions, bad management and zero accountability. New leadership seems more humble, sets realistic goals and is more execution-driven.

      Cons

      Even after the 25% reduction in force, the company is still bloated. This company is the poster child of identity politics and Woke culture.

      Full of people that will tank the company if that means more headcount and internal power for them. Some areas of the company have terrible outcomes yet leaders of those areas are still around.
