- management was very turbulent with CEO stepping down during runtime fee fiasco

The people working in this company. I'd say 90% of them are amazing to work with and super passionate.

Cons

Biggest cons in the last few years were related to poor executive leadership. But that started changing with the new CEO (who let go pretty much all of the execs in his first year).
