Can get alot exposure on different products and service, allowing you to think outside the traditional role.

Cons

Pay is low. You can learn and grow but the compensation growth is too small to keep up with talent growth.

Pros

I was getting through the remote interview and hiring process. Everything went smooth and the team has really adapted very well to onboard employees remotely. Everyone was treating me with respect and interviews was more a comfortable experience than a hard test!

Cons

Sometimes there were misfortunes with scheduling my calls but it could be forgiven due to the company scale and the fact that they were solved quickly.

Pros

Very relaxed work environment with a lot of freedom and autonomy. Everyone in the company is super open and will help with any questions or issues you have. There is a real in it together vibe that makes it feel like a family not only in my local office but all offices I have visited.

Cons

Due to its size and fast moving pace it can sometimes feel a bit chaotic
