      Pros

      Unity is one of the best companies I've worked with. We maintain as much transparency throughout the hiring process as we can. My lead, team and everyoneI I work with is passionate about what we do and it's contagious.

      Pros

      - Really friendly work environment that welcomes new opinions and ideas - Strong sense of community around the office - Always someone to talk to who's interested in the same things you are - Ongoing training and support which is reviewed and discussed weekly - Great perks!

      - Nothing comes to mind!

      Pros

      Lean and flexible way of working. Really great and relaxed atmosphere at the office. Very talented and motivated employees. Healthy but fast growth of the company.

      Cons

      Sometimes hard to find out how makes the final calls.
