Pros

Very relaxed work environment with a lot of freedom and autonomy. Everyone in the company is super open and will help with any questions or issues you have. There is a real in it together vibe that makes it feel like a family not only in my local office but all offices I have visited.

Cons

Due to its size and fast moving pace it can sometimes feel a bit chaotic

Cons

Can't go into the pretty offices, and eat the great food, because of that frustrating pandemic.
