      A company with good intentions and values, but lots of bad management

      Pros

      Really fun and fast pace environment where you get to learn and work on amazing things. Very smart and determined people work here. Very much a tech start-up company that will change the realtime-3d industry.

      Cons

      Career progression is lacking and people aren't rewarded for their hard work. Bad management. Not a company for empathy of the user. Lacking women and minorities in leadership positions. Senior staff is lazy or self-righteous due to their tenure.

      Love working here...it's the people

      Pros

      Great working environment and colleagues in Singapore. People are great and supportive towards each other. From the events in 2020 (covid19), we can see that the Executive Management team puts employees in the 1st place and we do what's right for all.

      Cons

      Unity is a company which trusts our employees. However, when the company is of a certain size, it will be good to have more clarity on certain processes. eg travel and entertainment

      The benefits are great, the pay is pretty good, the people are awesome, most managers are great

      Cons

      Lack of process and systems (currently being corrected but slowly)
