Pros
- High-quality individuals, fun to work with and interact with; - As this position was tied to being a student, it was made to be very versatile in taking days off/slashing the work hours when needed. - Pretty fun day-to-day tasks, especially if you like problem-solving; - Normal workload.
Cons
- The pay is not the best and sorta devalues the importance of the customer-focused work that is being done; - As previously stated this position is tied to being a student so naturally, you will lose your job once you graduate/quit university; - At least from personal experience it is seemingly hard to progress and advance to another position in the company, however, the possibilities are still there.
