Cons

Sometimes you get 30 min lunch, sometime it may be at 8 am or 9am in the morning , sometime it may be the last 30 mins of ya shift . No other breaks or giving when your a driver.

Micro management . No one really knows what other managers are doing and we are told to do the same procedure multiple different ways
