Cool job, work with cool equipment.

Perpetually understaffed due to low pay and poor working conditions. Worked around 80hr/week to keep up with the demand.

Salary for admins is above average level

Cons

-Management does not give clear instrutions and then blame staff for not doing job properly -Canadian management is composed of bunch of unprofessional people, who were hired on the basis of friendships and personal relations -Management claimed an "open door" policy, but staff was getting sh... for approacing them directly. - Company was often going against Union rules and unlawfully deducted pay for RAMP agents' hours
