Pleasant to work and talk with passengers, nice when left to do the work by yourself. Tips help.

Cons

AWFUL MANAGEMENT. Though it did improve while I have been there. It is a very unhealthy, blame it on the person under me mentality. A lot of condescension and underhandedness. No value of quality employees, often fired unless you purposefully keep to yourself. They finally fired the awful CEO who had been deceptive and running rampant too long.

After working through the hiring process for two months and having an offer in hand, my job offer was rescinded with no reason being given less than 6 days prior to my employment start date. That’s after passing all the reference checks, security and background checks as well as a personal commitment from a Unifi Vice President.
