Great place to work, meeting new people, diversity, caring to passengers.

Cons

Management and dispatch team is extremely ghetto, harassment, bullying, retaliation, unable to move up when not in favor, not enough pay, costly benefits.

I unfortunately did not have any positives regarding this company.

Cons

Upon taking over a contract from my original employer (ABM Insustries), a great deal of my former coworkers were told that they did not pass a background check that we previously passed for ABM as well as for customs. Upon trying to speak with someone to get a better understanding of how that outcome was possible considering the fact that myself and a great deal of my other colleagues were already employed, I myself was unable to speak with anyone other than the receptionist and that was after going to the office because no phone numbers were provided.
