Pros

Fast paced work environment. Fun meeting new interesting people. If you love being around airplanes -this can be a great environment for you. Flight benefits are decent IF you can time off.

Cons

Training is completely disorganized and many times you are left alone with no help. Low pay and you are expected to available to work all shifts at a moments notice. No vacation pay. Management will say one thing and do another. Low moral due to being yelled at and being micromanaged.
