flight benefits but not too tier, no raise ever

Cons

no growth they look outside to hire for position there are people who gave been there years and has applied for higher positions but declined due to favoritism and looking down on fellow employees

You can travel a lot if you have the funds and the time available.

Cons

Company doesn’t pay well and the flight benefits aren’t even free anymore, they cost more than your check so it doesn’t really make sense to work there anymore.
