Pros

the only good thing is the flexibility of shift trading (if they don't take that away)

Cons

Over the past several years Delta mainline has profited greatly off the backs of DGS aka Regional Elite aka Mesaba frontline employees on the ramp and at the gate. While DGS management has maintained their salary and benefits the people who do all the work (gate agents and ramp agents ) have been treated badly at every level. DAL Global Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta that pays their employees around 38% less than their mainline counterparts for the exact same work???!!

Pros

The flight benefits are decent, and the work environment is highly interactive. Cooperation is key to success.

Cons

Management doesn't care for you. You always feel like one of Delta's pawns in a game of chess.
