Just a job to hold you down until something else better comes along.

Cons

The Richmond Va. Branch of DGS is a horrible company to work for. It's not considered a pub so basically they try to work the living hell out of you for low pay. The amount of money they pay for the amount of work you do is ridiculous. Especially when you have other airlines in the air port who have nowhere as many flights as delta and still get paid a dollar or 2 more.

Flight benefits are the only good part of this job.

Cons

Working with management who doesn't listen to employees and plays favorites based on nationality. Work schedules changes with little to no notice. Supervisors threaten termination over everything. Management is invisible unless you make a mistake. Very low pay compared to their parent company.
