Pros

Flight benefits. As in free flying anywhere in the U.S. and you only pay taxes for international flights. Good job opportunities with potential to become a permanent employee. Weekly paychecks via direct deposit.

Cons

My recruiter is extremely hard to get a hold of. Calls, emails, nothing seems to work. There is no way to check on the progress of positions you've applied for. You just have to wait for a recruiter to call you from what I understand.

Pros

You get to fly for free!! If you get the time off, find the open seats to where you want to go, and make sure you can get back. So in a nut shell there is not that many positives to the company.

Cons

Awful pay. $8.50 hr Constantly in the elements no matter what the case may be. Hard hours to get used to 4am start time Extremely understaffed. Caused accidents and rushing.

Being able to fly, Made some cool friends, most of the supervisors and actually there to work if needed, the station manager helps out if needed as well, good tan during summer

Cons

Overworked, dont get to rest completely, schedule changes due to plane schedules, hours cut A LOT after holidays, unappreciated, Low pay, understaffed, having to fly standby, freeze during winter, injuries and not writing them up as a claim
