Pros

It's a fun job, it's difficult to be bored. We get to work in and around the aircraft. It's like being paid to work out. Plus the flight benefits.

Cons

Low pay is the worst part. I left because I couldn't pay the bills. If you have a decent work ethic you'll be taken advantage of, which means you'll be working when you could be flying.

Pros

- Unique job - Increases knowledge of plane layout and plane security - Sense of pride when a plane leaves on time - Don't have to deal with passengers

Cons

- Working in extreme heat/cold - Minimum wage entry pay (for the first 9 months) - Not a career-oriented job (as stated by the general manager) - High school-level drama everywhere you look - cleaning planes for 2-3 hours every night
