Flight benifits are great. It grants you not only domestic flight but international flight in just 3 months. Make sure you are ready for standby flying though

Cons

Political drama. Too many times people that do as little as possible are rewarded while employees that are consistently on time and dependable are held to a higher standard and almost treated worse for their hard work
