Pros

There's so much physical activity involved, constantly rushing from gate to gate, that you're bound to increase your physical fitness. The most important pro, however, is the extremely discounted travel opportunities you receive through Delta. It would have been worth it, if I could have stuck out mental and physical exhaustion.

Cons

Working in that environment, everyone was constantly stressed. There was a terrible lack of communication; it was extremely difficult to pinpoint who was supposed to be in charge from one day to the next, let alone make contact if there was an issue that needed to be discussed. While there was a good deal of training prior to the job on Unifi/Delta policy, they didn't prepare us for the physical toll on our bodies or the perpetual struggle of navigating an airport while dodging construction and flooded areas with passengers who needed to make their planes ASAP if we were to earn anything in tips--which were a large part of our pay. Ultimately, my body gave out from the stress, and I gave up hope that the dynamic between our supervisors would change.
