Pros

fast paced, purchasing discount on UA gear, decent benefits

Cons

money over employees, middle management doesn't know how to support employee, meat grinder atmosphere - get the job done at all costs

Pros

There is tons of growth with UA and an opportunity to be promoted from within. UA doesn't skimp when it comes to taking care of employees i.e meals, hotels, gear.

Cons

Lots of young people and not many people on the way out. It could make it tough to move up.
