Pros

You receive a 50% discount on all UA apparel. If you are at a director level or above you are eligible for equity. One of the top 10 fastest growing companies on the S&P 500 in 2015. If you work out of the global headquarters in Baltimore (which I do) you get to experience all of the on campus events (see athletes and celebrities often, free food and drinks, etc) and there is an on site gym, but it's not free to employees. And on site cafeteria but again, not free to employees. Opportunity to grow your career is in your own hands but you have to be willing to sacrifice a lot to move up.

Cons

I have had four different bosses in four years. Too many cooks in the kitchen and no alignment on strategy from the top down. Executive team is just there to facilitate the eccentric CEO's unrealistic ideas which change constantly so it's nearly impossible to make any traction. People are over worked and completely burned out. They are seeking leadership and don't have it. Very little investment in back end infrastructure to help sustain the brand's exponential growth so you are always working harder with less resources and have to work overtime just to keep your head slightly above water. It's nothing to work 10 and 12 hour days on a consistent basis and in corporate, most people are working nights and weekends just to keep up. If you are willing to give up a work/life balance in order to move your career quickly, then this would be the place for you. There is no option for remote or virtual work if you are in corporate. Very hard to know who you can trust. Everyone is out for themselves.
