Pros

It's a job with benefits if you are full time.

Cons

This place is such a disappointment. It operates and feels like high school. Not sure how decisions or promotions are made. The lean is always male centric, and relationship based. Unfortunately, Kevin Plank has surrounded himself with yes men who have no clue how to actually get work done so they prance around acting like they are the ceo, shooting off demands, unearthly expectations, with no concern on how it translates. It's not a locker room and yet, KP's chosen lieutenant, who has never been more than a meager merchant, who has a napoleon complex has positioned the company with merchandise that would be an industry leader if it was 1995. In any other company the President of NA, who put the company in this dire position would be shown the door but not UA, instead KP and the Pres are fast friends. This is the formula of which KP built the company.

Pros

great team vibe and high energy work place. Everyone is very competitive in a good way and those that succeed are those that go the extra mile. It is very entrepreneurial in spirit which mean you can essentially own your business and push the envelope.

Cons

it's a hard place if your not used to the hustle and craziness. Those that don't fit the mold do not typically last.
