      Pros

      During college I worked part time as a sales associate for Under Armour. They were very willing to work with my school schedule, the atmosphere was fun and energetic. I worked at one of there outlet stores and we received 50% off merchandise.

      Cons

      If you aren't outgoing and love interaction, this might not be the job for you. They stress interacting with every single person who walks in the door. I loved it, but it might not be for everyone.

      Great place to make your start as a professional. It's a fast growing company that is exciting to be a part of.

      Cons

      As a result of growing so fast, the design team is a little under staffed. But upper management realizes this, and compensates accordingly.
